Ruby       : Pembeli kavling tanah 40x50, keistimewaannya pilih unit warehouse terlebih dahulu

Emerald : Pembeli warehouse 3 unit atau lebih (a.n 1 orang/1 PT), keistimewaannya pilih unit kavling warehouse terlebih dahulu

Saphire  : Pembeli warehouse 1-2 unit

CARA PEMBAYARAN NUP (s/d 13 FEBRUARY 2016):

1.    Jumlah NUP yang disetor adalah sebesar

·         Warehouse Commitment Fee Rp.10.000.229

·         Kavling Warehouse Commitment Fee sebesar Rp.12.000.229

2.    Transfer ke rekening : PT. AKR Surabaya Land Corporindo, No Rek 0889-289-289 (BCA Cabang Darmo) dengan berita transfer: nama pembeli, jumlah unit yang dibeli

3.    Menyerahkan bukti transfer ke WIDODO Melalui : MMS ke 081234010027, WA/LINE: 089610300149, BB: 5996DC20, e-mail: sulistio.widodo@gmail.com

4.    Menyerahkan  kelengkapan form berupa copy KTP, KK, NPWP, Cover Rek Tabungan, harus diterima SECEPATNYA, karena jika DATA BELUM LENGKAP maka NUP TIDAK KELUAR
